Beef FAQ
Is your beef hormone-free and antibiotic-free?
Yes. Our beef is all-natural — no added hormones, no unnecessary antibiotics, and locally USDA inspected for safety and quality.
How is the beef packaged?
All cuts are vacuum sealed and labeled by a USDA-inspected processor for freshness and easy storage. Steaks, roasts, burger — all ready for your freezer.
How much freezer space do I need for a quarter & half beef?
Plan for about 5 to 8 cubic feet of freezer space for a QUARTER. A HALF beef usually needs around 10 to 17 cubic feet.
(That’s roughly the size of a small chest freezer for a QUARTER.)
Keep in mind that the exact weight can vary depending on the size of your animal and your butchering preferences.
How much meat do I actually get with a quarter, half, or whole?
Can I customize my bulk beef order?
Yes! If you’re buying a quarter, half, or whole beef, you can fill out a cut sheet to choose how you want your beef processed — from steak thickness to roast sizes.
